– Hóa chất có mục đích duy nhất là diệt khuẩn TTBYT KHÔNG thuộc quản lý của cục Quản lý môi trường y tế
=> Hóa chất rửa TBYT và phun sương khử khuẩn phòng thuộc quản lý của cục Quản lý môi trường y tế nên phải có đăng ký lưu hành hóa theo Nghị định 91/2016/NĐ-CP khi nhập khẩu hoặc muốn lưu hành ra thị trường
